Jim has been amazing and very patient while helping me order online with all my questions, and when I went into the shop he gave us a tour and showed us how all the tack was made from start to finish. I am so happy with Heritage Brands customer service. I ordered a tack set over a year ago, during the ordering process there was miscommunication on the fringe color of my tack set. When I recieved the set I was too excited to want to send it back, but wasn't completely happy with the color. I tried to get myself to like the color- I couldn't do it. I messaged Heritage and spoke with Jim. Without any questions, he said yes send the tack set back and we will change the fringe color. How awesome is that? So worth spending the ... read more

I have been eyeing their beautiful designs since two years ago when I seen them at the NFR. I was in the area and stopped in their shop. They have the best customer service!! I got a tour of the shop too it was an amazing experience! The hardest part was choosing! ALL their products have the best quality and are beautiful!!!
