Requested on line appt, and was assigned a location and received confirmation , when I called to confirm, was told I needed to reschedule a different location 2.Showed up at new location after rescheduling. Was told by very young “appraiser” they would not repair my vehicle. (I am restoring old vehicle). Was told it would take to long. “..we don’t way to tie up our time”..or words to that effect. 3. Great quality of repair and friendly staff. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for collision repair.
Heritage was really easy to work with and set expectations up front of what to expect throughout the entire process. They finished when they said they would and my car looks amazing. I trust them and would use them again. I would also recommend them to friends and family as a trustworthy body shop.
