I hardly ever write a review but I had such a great experience handling an unfortunate event with my Tesla Y that I wanted to make sure others knew. Other bodyshops were quoting me 30-45 day turnaround times but Heritage not only quoted me 2 weeks but also stuck to that and I got my car back on schedule! I recently had an accident and needed to find a different repair shop. I had previously taken my husband's Tesla to Caliber Collision on Braker, and it was a terrible experience. The communication was poor, and I never received any updates unless I called them repeatedly. I brought my 2020 Tesla Model X here to fix some scuffing I recently got on my car. The paint was scratched as well as the front plastic fender on the driver's side. The technicians took time to understand the issue, then presented potential solutions with a cost breakdown, which was straightforward and fair. Be careful they have you sign a contract, that if they cause damage while repairing your vehicle, they are NOT responsible. Unfortunately, a family member of mine had to find that out the hard way after they cracked her windshield. They are willing to damage their reputation over a $250 fix. They made a lot of money on her car repair!
