I'm absolutely appauled. I am out of town in need of change for my granddaughter to donate for VBS. I was rudely denied to exchange my $20 bill as I don't have an account due to living out of state. Heritage Bank and Trust proved not to have the southern hospitality nor professional banking skills to meet the public's needs.
Insurance took money out of my account a night before, account went negative but was put back in it the very next morning. Hadn't even been 24 hours. Historically I have been told as long as the account was positive before 4pm of the business day. Refused to help me, I refused to pay the overdraft fee. Said I would stop banking with them after 8 years and she sounded happy about it. Hung up phone don't bank with these people. Garbage bank and for years have blocked many transactions from many websites causing frustration.
Not happy with them constantly having troubles checking accounts online
