This bank has the technology of a 1960’s branch. Sure they advertise these fancy things but when it doesn’t work no one helps! So many complaints here but one huge question is, “why do I have to write FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY” on the back of every check I deposit through the app? The best thing is when the words are pre-written on the check “for mobile deposit with ________ bank” and they decline it after I’ve filled all of this out!
