As you can see by the reviews, do not deal with this company. For the past three years, Jill Br makes me pay $5 for mortgage statements. She said she sent me out the forms, but this is three years in a row. Go with a larger bank that has better customer service. They are horrible.
Kindly wanted to say that it was not a pleasant experience. I get bonus checks through my work every 3 months. Have cashed checks here before although I am not a client I have not mind the $5 fee. This time it was a pain in the a&?. I understand checking the funds and verifying but if it all check out and there is a small typo I don’t see the huge problem behind it. Not coming back any more I rather just deposit through my bank and avoid the hassle!!!
