I came over to Heritage with the Puget Sound Bank acquisition. Heritage has always been able to meet my needs. I have 2 retail locations with checking and working capital needs and 3 facility loans. My representation has been consistent and very responsive over the years. I am treated as a valued client. I couldn't ask for more from a bank. And the online platform is easy to use.
Came here to make a loan payment. No signage at all so I was unable to find the bank. Horrible experience.
Getting here was very confusing. Not only are there no signs for the bank, but the concierge didn’t know where it was either. Once you’re in the Hyatt Regency, take the elevator up to the 15th floor, and it’s right there. The bank staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to cash a check and I was expecting to pay a fee because I do not bank there. They took a quick moment to verify the check, checked my ID, then cashed it for free. Easy and painless.
