The staff members here are always pleasant, helpful, accommodating and all around great. I have banked with them for 3 years and it has been a great experience. Their fraudulent charge department even caught when my number had been stolen and intercepted all charges before they had any effect on my account. I highly recommend this company, especially this branch.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, insane overdraft fees. DO NOT BANK HERE! They do not care about you.
Crooks. Their overdraft fee is ridiculous, highest of any bank I have ever seen. Whether you go negative one dollar or 100 dollars they charge you $38. Try Customers Bank online you can overdraft with them and they do not charge a fee at all. And their customer service is way more polite and understanding.
