I enjoy working with Diane Catalano. After a thorough set of hearing tests, Diane took the time to understand my individual needs based on the type of activities I participate in. This allowed her to narrow down the number of hearing aid manufacturers that best matched my requirements. The ones that I ended choosing have worked out well - I use the term "worked out well" because Diane has done a great job of checking in on me post the initial fitting and tweaking the software to my specific preferences/environment.
Diane was very pleasant, professional, and expeditious in taking my ear impressions!
Diane is awesome!! She was very attentive to my concerns and did a thorough check on my ears and was able to determine the root cause of my issue. I also love that the office was quiet and cozy. I will definitely return should any issues with my ears reoccur.
