Krysten at Heritage does a phenomenal job as the property manager at this apartment complex. I’ve dealt with hundreds of property managers before but never have I had an experience like I had working with Krysten. She truly cares about the property and her job. I highly recommend Heritage at Riverstone.
Just moved in a month ago and I absolutely love it!! It’s a nice and quite complex and I can’t not say enough good things about the office staff. They are so helpful friendly, professional and kind.

I had to clock in real quick! 😂 First off, the property manager Krysten… BABY she is that girl!! 👏🏽 She helped me step-by-step like a pro—no confusion, no stress, just straight “let me handle that for you” energy. And let me tell you… she gets it DONE. Like… done-done. She knows ball and stands on BUSINESS, period! 💼🔥 And the WHOLE staff? I would give 10 stars if I could. I have lived here for a few years now and look forward to renewing again in August. With the new office team, there have been SO many positive changes over the past year. Response time is impeccable and their level of customer service is top tier. Krysten and Shalecia both, always take the time to answer any questions I have. I feel valued here and I love that we have been doing such fun events. Looking forward to Movie Nights at the pool again this summer!
