I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. After reading through other reviews, it's clear that many residents have experienced the same issues we did. Pest control is awful, maintenance takes forever to address problems, and management is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Our air conditioning didn't work properly for over six months, despite multiple maintenance requests. Living without reliable AC for that long was completely unacceptable. October will make a year of my family living at heritage and we absolutely love the complex and staff! Shalecia was wonderful when we were going through the process of moving in. I have lived at several apartments and heritage has been my favorite! Highly recommend heritage at riverstone to anyone looking for an apartment complex
I had an amazing experience as Ms. Gearing was walking me around the property! She was so personable and helpful with my many questions, and she knew residents by name and greeted everyone. I loved the floor plans available, and the community that they truly do have.
