Laura is such a sweet and personable individual. She accommodated my wife and I walking in to obtain more information and even gave us a complete tour with no appointment and even stayed late to make sure our application paperwork was filed correctly and submitted. Raised the rent every year by atleast 150$ the new ownership are from Florida and have no idea whats going on in New England. Dont be fooled by the nice pictures the pools are never open, but be sure they will take your $1800 for your one bedroom, even if your like me and live in the older non renovated unit, expect an increase in rent every single year! I think that people in the office do a great job of attending to the needs of the occupants to the best of their abilities.
I’ve lived at Heritage for about 4-5 months now and I love it!! The leasing office ladies are so kind and helpful!! Every time I go in Laura and Shauna are the most welcoming and uplifting people!! Love this place and the people!!!
