I moved out 3 months ago and have not received my security deposit back. This is illegal. They acknowledge that they owe me the money (so they aren't trying to say that I caused $1000 in damages). Legally, in the State of New Hampshire, landlords must return the security deposit (and interest) within 30 days of vacancy. This place is absolutely terrible. I hate it here. There are many issues with my apartment that remain unresolved and issues in the past that took forever to be taken care of. Also, I have been having to park 10 min walk away from my apartment everyday because the residents here don't know how to park properly. I’m trying to purchase a carport and a person, who doesn’t even have a car, is first in line for it. I find that ridiculous and unfair. Don't live here unless you want a cockroach infestation and property managers who can't do their job.
*PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE UNTIL MANAGEMENT IMPROVES I would not recommend living here based on my experience. I am currently on my second lease and already planning to leave as soon as it ends. To start, while you may be “guaranteed” a parking spot (1 for a one-bedroom, 2 for a two-bedroom), in reality you should expect to park on the street regularly. Im grateful I have a roof over my head BUT I hate it here! Neighbors have no courtesy when picking up their dogs poop or being loud. The parking is terrible, you pay enough to live here but sometimes you have to park on the street or in another parking lot. The laundry room is gross. Matinence has yet to fix the issues we had moving in, its been 8mnths. The overall cleanliness of the building is disgusting. We had our unit sprayed for roaches yet they are still showing up.
