Dangerous back steps to building and contaminated pool
Very disappointed with my experience with this property management company. I ended my lease after being informed that they would be raising the rent, and I elected to leave on July 22, 2026. I was out by the 18th, and returned my keys that week with the lady who helped me confirming my forwarding address. Joe was great! Our first time working with Heritage at the River and it went swimmingly! Every question or concern was swiftly and professionally addressed, while making sure we were comfortable with every step along the way. Cannot recommend them strongly enough.
I have been living here since 2014 and I have to say that this place for one has the best maintenance teams I have seen. In less than hour after I place service request, Shawn and Osten came to my apartment and fix everything just one in less than 10 min. I’m very grateful for what they do for us every day. The whole maintenance team are the best, always great tenants with respect and smile with their face. I cannot ask more and want the whole management to know how wonderful job they are doing. MULTIPLE buildings are infested with roaches and not being taken care of properly. Residents went without ac due to many not working or getting no working replacements during our most recent heatwave. Do NOT move here. Office staff is rude and Priderock the current company owning has MULTIPLE lawsuits for all of this already
