At first living here was good but after a while they don't care about tenants anymore. For example I lost my job and was behind on rent went to leasing office to explain my situation and possibly payment plan. Had a meeting and said fine. Came home from work with an eviction notice on my door which goes to show you they lie about everything they say and I know they are going to lose money because they lie and can't afford people to live here. I recently moved out of this apartment and left it in pristine condition, only to be told I would not be receiving my security deposit back. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the charges were never clearly explained and apparently stem from a claim that it’s my responsibility to have the unit professionally cleaned — not for my own move-out, but to prepare it for the next tenant. Took a tour with Laura from the leasing office for a 1 bedroom apartment and was sold! They have great amenities like a beautiful pool and basketball court. Laura was so kind, attentive and informative throughout this tour, something I have never experienced from other leasing offices. I can see myself here for the long term!
The pools are amazing and the prices are fair for the age. I wish they had laundry in every apartment, but some apartments do have it.
Apparently, this place used to be under poor management and that shows in this score. This staff is trying to turn things around and I've never had any issues at all. I'm happy to give them a good review!
