We rented here on a 15-month lease from June 2024 through September 2025. The apartment itself was a good size and worked well for our needs, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the complex was disappointing. I had just moved into this apartment building, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The management team was amazing—friendly, responsive, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and I was able to move in right away with no stress at all. The team made me feel welcome from day one, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home with great management and a hassle-free move-in!
I lived there for about 3 years. I will not miss this place, but management was kind and I have no complaints. Thanks for doing what you could.
I’ve lived in a number of apartments and Laura is the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. She’s very sweet and personable, but also worked hard to get me into an apartment that I love. She even had some things replaced and/or fixed (including the fridge, microwave, and carpet) before move in and I was able to see the apartment again before signing the lease to double check that it was perfect. I’m feel heard and supported by everyone in the leasing office and I can’t wait to call this place my new home.
With new management I can say it’s been a long time since someone cared about the tenants here on Country Club Dive until Imelda came on board and I appreciate the effort. Thanks for looking out for us Imelda, James
