When you walk into Heritage Assisted Living you can feel the homeyness and kindness right away. You are always greeting with kind words and a smile. My mother is very satisfied here now even though she was hesitant to leave her home. Mom has stated, “everyone here (the employees) is very, very nice. This speaks volumes to me and the rest of our family. You can tell the other residents all love it there as well.
The staff were so kind and loving to my mother. They knew how to make her laugh and became part of our family. Thank you for the great care and support you gave my mom.
Our mother, Linda, was placed here for a year and a half. The staff here are amazing, caring individuals. They went above and beyond. The difference after a week of being here was amazing! We felt like we had our Mom back. They all treated her as if she were their own mother and it made placing her here so much easier. Thank you!
Heritage Assisted Living has been an amazing place for our family. Eighteen months ago we needed additional assistance for my mother who was suffering from Alzheimer’s and had been physically deteriorating. Once she moved in, her life took a change for the better and we had the mother we had always known back! The staff has truly been supportive, loving and kind. She recently passed and our family recalled that God and The Heritage provided additional time we wouldn’t have had otherwise.
