Property manager is not keeping the building on S Eagle up to code. She threatens to have cars towed when they're not moved for snow removal, blames the upper apartments for clogged plumbing in the lower apartments, and robs people of their money with the application fee which is jacked up to $130. Don't even bother trying to get into this place. The central heat is not held in as the windows and patio doors are not sealed properly.

this is an awesome place to live if your a working porsen quiet safe n Tom the manager is a great guy if you pay your rent can't find a cheaper safer place
