This apt complex although it has a decent price the managment is run poorly. It is kept up pretty good for the age of the buildings but the managment continues to impose on to the tenats. Often give you a hard time if you need something and famous for not returning deposits even for spotless apts. Lots of Elederly/Middleage people live there so its quiet. Just watch what you get into!
