Very depressing from the outside...horribly neglected neighborhood...trash everywhere...windows need repairing/replacing...reportedly has water, cable, internet included. Not really close to bus stop. Have not seen inside yet, but my husband could not show me these apartments and live. Lowered my spirit just looking at the exterior.
