I lived here just shy of 8 years. And the ONLY reason I left was due to health issues with my knees. The Dr's told me I had to get away from going up and down stairs. To say I miss living here is an understatement. The manager, Amanda becomes more like family than a manager. She does her very best to help the residents here. Not only my experience, but what others who live here have told me. And there is no better maintenance man than Tony!! He will take care of whatever you need in a timely manner, and always happy to help.... read more
I have lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. I am leaving for medical reasons. Amanda is a great manager and the maintenance man, Tony is awesome. They were very prompt in taking care of things. The premises are kept up very nicely. I would definitely rent again.
I have lived here on and off for over 30 years, and I have found that the apartment manager, Amanda, and maintenance supervisor, Tony, are always prompt when I have needed repairs. Tony did two things that prior maintenance personnel were incapable of doing: solved the heating issues to those of us on the third floor and made some minor adjustments to our air conditioner units so that they now really cool down the rooms, even if the sun is beating down on them from the outside. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THE SKYLINE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! IF I COULD DO A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!
