These apartments have Bed Bugs! They’re literally Hauling away dumpsters full of peoples furniture because they’ve let it go for so long. This is an elder residential apartment complex and now they have BED BUGS! The management never answers the phone are always out of the office and are basically useless. This place should be condemned and I can’t believe the rent they’re charging for people who are 80 years old! Don’t live here!
Update: I reached out to the corporate office, and the woman answering the phone was very nonchalant and could’ve cared less. She admitted this is an ongoing problem and they’re doing the best to mitigate it, but that’s just not the case as this has been going on for months and just keeps spreading. They have zero empathy for these older residents and as long as they collect their rent, that’s all they care about. The well-being of their tenants is definitely not a priority! Apartment is bright and sunny with lots of windows, windows are on the three outside walls. You have many views of the Colorado sunrise and sunset. Rooms are very large but yet have a homey feel, and lots of room for furniture. The Backyard is in a setting like a park, with a gazebo and flower gardens.
