These apartments have Bed Bugs! They’re literally Hauling away dumpsters full of peoples furniture because they’ve let it go for so long. This is an elder residential apartment complex and now they have BED BUGS! The management never answers the phone are always out of the office and are basically useless. This place should be condemned and I can’t believe the rent they’re charging for people who are 80 years old! Don’t live here!
Update: I reached out to the corporate office, and the woman answering the phone was very nonchalant and could’ve cared less. She admitted this is an ongoing problem and they’re doing the best to mitigate it, but that’s just not the case as this has been going on for months and just keeps spreading. They have zero empathy for these older residents and as long as they collect their rent, that’s all they care about. The well-being of their tenants is definitely not a priority! The Heritage Apartments is a great place to live and the manager Amanda is so professional and helpful along with the maintenance man Tony thank you guys for everything you do I will recommend this place to other seniors looking for a place to live and I will recommend skyline properties to anyone that is not a senior to check out other skyline properties around the Denver area because you guys take such pride in this property and others in the area thank you guys so much property is always kept so clean and that's how I liv... read more
