Dont move here !!!Smooth process to move in not alot of requirements other than renters insurance. Stayed at this place 6 months discovered mice in the apartment, mold. The move in process was crazy the landlord kept changing my deposit amount . The landlord controls your internet in which is quoted into the rent . We tried really hard to like it here, but I honestly have nothing good to say about this place. When we moved in, the master bathroom was covered in mold and it took MONTHS to get the office to do anything about it. I asked that they just come remove the moldy cabinet (as my asthmatic two year old and I were having a difficult time breathing in the apartment) and they refused to do anything until they were in possession of the replacement. Lauren was absolutely lovely. Very friendly really knew the apartments and surrounding. Very professional. The apartments are extremely nice and well maintained! A good value.

Awful management. The place looks terrible and they don't care. Been here over a year and the sign at the enterance is still a banner. Tacky.
