I really love living here — it feels cozy and comfortable, with a peaceful neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, and the rent is very reasonable for what you get.
EDIT 10.22.25 ***I spoke with Elizabeth on Thursday 10.16.25 about the loud neighbors above me. She said she would speak with them, but 6 days later, they are just as loud, if not louder than before I spoke with Elizabeth. *** As other recent reviews have stated, the grounds have trash everywhere, there's a grill sitting beside my building even though I was told grills weren't allowed. This apartment complex is so terrible they need office management to leave positive reviews to try to get new tenants. They're also offering gift cards to residents if they refer a friend. It's pretty sad. Trust the people who actually live here. This place is . Shutters are falling off the buildings, all the beautiful trees were cut down, and the hallways and sidewalks always look so gross. 🤮
Ever since Greystar took over management of this complex, things have steadily gone downhill. The previous management company wasn’t great — there was just one person in the office, so getting a response was difficult unless you went in person. However, Greystar has somehow managed to be worse. They have four or five people working in the office, yet the staff is disorganized, unresponsive, and often outright dismissive when residents bring up issues.
