Cynthia is Awesome!!! She is a huge help and made the process a blast. Angel did a very good job making sure the apartment was customer approval. Gabby was amazing, She made the key hand-off short and simple. Easiest process ever. Good job everyone.
Cynthia the leasing when was A blessing! She helped me and my son get into a beautiful one bedroom apt! She got us moved in with no issues and had great communication at all times! It’s truly A blessing and I’m forever grateful for the heritage!
1 and half month after this incident, When I visited the office and asked about this issue update, new manager who is Gabby Dimando yelled at me and my newborn baby in front of other residents who visited office that time. And shouted at me to go out of their office, she will gonna call police. The way she treated me was humiliated and discriminated. Worst apartment management ever! I wish I could give zero star. My friend lived in this apartment complex and had a very troubling experience. She discovered that her unit had been entered without her authorization and some of her belongings, including appliances and cash, were stolen. She later learned that someone who was not authorized had been given a key. After three weeks of trying to communicate and address this with the management office, they still declined to take responsibility or provide meaningful support. This ... read more
My friend was treated extremely unfairly at this apartment in 2025!! The management team is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Do not live here—don’t even consider it!
