Please read this before signing a lease here. When I moved in I was asked to review right away. Glad I waited. If I could go back in time, I would never move into this apartment complex. I am writing this review because I genuinely do not want anyone else to go through what I have experienced. There has been ongoing water damage, a strong, persistent foul smell throughout my apartment, black substance on the walls, and black debris that periodically comes out of the tub and shower. Lived here for about a year. It was great! The staff were super kind and extremely helpful. Maintenance team was very quick, efficient, and kind. Can't say we had any real issues with the complex at all. I can't stress how willing the staff was to work with you about your specific requests or situation. They were amazingly communicative.
Dolton is amazing. I’m a new move in and He was Very courteous and wanted to be sure he offered the best customer service while doing maintenance on my unit. Great job on representing the business Dolton.
My family highly recommends this apartment complex for all the right reasons. Very safe place. The Management team are very Happy individuals. The hardest working team ever! District Management Mr. Jared an honorable man. We are Happy in this beautiful apartment complex . Enjoy.Thank you Mr. Jared
