I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year now and my family and I love it! The management is wonderful! Maintenance is always on top of any issues which I've had minimal. The space and atmosphere of the entire complex development is very welcoming and such beautiful scenery! I would absolutely recommend living here! Don't forget two amazing pools and a dog park for your furry friends!
Please read this before signing a lease here. When I moved in I was asked to review right away. Glad I waited. If I could go back in time, I would never move into this apartment complex. I am writing this review because I genuinely do not want anyone else to go through what I have experienced. There has been ongoing water damage, a strong, persistent foul smell throughout my apartment, black substance on the walls, and black debris that periodically comes out of the tub and shower. Lived here for about a year. It was great! The staff were super kind and extremely helpful. Maintenance team was very quick, efficient, and kind. Can't say we had any real issues with the complex at all. I can't stress how willing the staff was to work with you about your specific requests or situation. They were amazingly communicative.
Dolton is amazing. I’m a new move in and He was Very courteous and wanted to be sure he offered the best customer service while doing maintenance on my unit. Great job on representing the business Dolton.
