I have been taking my 3 pets here since 2010, All the doctors are wonderful as well as the staff.They do call back promptly and talk with you about any issues that your pet has.All are very compassionate. I recently moved away, but continue to use this vet because I like the staff and doctors so much.
Dr Barthlow is the best. Couldn't imagine taking my doggies anywhere else. Everyone at Heritage Animal Hospital is caring and concerned about their patients. Thanks for being there for us.
I love it! I have been following Dr. Barthlow almost since she has been out of school! She has a calm practical approach. This clinic is truly professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
Heritage took care of our first dog, Bandit, for 17 years. He was so well-liked that when he was finally put to sleep even the staff was crying. Today we put to sleep our second dog who was 13 years old. She was deaf and had had a stroke that made her blind. We regretted ending her life but she was treated with lots of love and respect by the entire staff at heritage. They have continually provided the best of care and the greatest of concern for our pets. We appreciate this very much and highly recommend them.
