Dr. Hoyt and her staff have gone above and beyond with all of my animals but even more recently with the delivery of our pups and saving them! They work with so much compassion and love for each and every animal they see! I always know they are in the best care at Heritage!
I have used, Heritage for my cats grooming, and rescued ferral cats for several years now. THEY AREVALL THE BEST!!! But today I called , had an emergency rescue , 103lb rescue dog.. severely matted !! Stinky, and hurting... :( Grooner not only got us in, BUT SHE STAYED AFTER HOURS, to get the job done!!!! WE CA NOT THANK YOU enough!! 5 STARS
We took our dog Holly to Heritage yesterday after a not so great experience with another vet. Dr. Hoyt was amazing, we left our doggy there with a sense of relief that things might get better and that she was in great hands. Dr. Hoyt called first thing this morning to tell us how Holly was doing and what the next step was. I love that we were listened to and given options and guidance. Thank you Heritage Animal Hospital Staff, you gained a new client in our Holly dog and our kitty will be following as well!!!!

Dr. Hoyt is by far the best vet I have ever seen!! She takes time to explain things and you can tell she really loves her job! I will never ever take my fur babies anywhere else! My dog was sick over Thanksgiving weekend and she made sure I got updates everyday ! I cannot thank her and her amazing staff enough for the care they gave my dog!
Nice Staff, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Affordable, Just the kind of place I needed to Spay my Precious Kitty Sammi. They brought her all Up to Date on her Vaccinations. Both of Us are Very Pleased with Everything .
