I had a blower motor go out on my AC at night. Ronnie was able to talk me through it on the phone and had a replacement ready for me the next day. He is knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I am very thankful I have a reliable professional saved in my phone.

I called Heritage on a Sunday at 11am.... In an ice storm... I was stuck at work on a 24 hour shift when my wife called and said the heater wasn't working. It's supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. I started calling around. Heritage was the only company that actually answered the phone. I spoke with Ronnie and explained the situation. Fast forward 2 hours later. Excellent work, I was worried I would need a whole new HVAC system and heritage air conditioning & heating solve my problem for only $825, much better than getting a whole new system for 10 times more. They were able to come out the next morning after I called late in the day. Super professional, timely, honest, and reliable. 10/10
