Ronnie and Edgar were incredibly professional and helpful in fixing my furnace in the middle of the winter storm.
I called Heritage on a Sunday at 11am.... In an ice storm... I was stuck at work on a 24 hour shift when my wife called and said the heater wasn't working. It's supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. I started calling around. Heritage was the only company that actually answered the phone. I spoke with Ronnie and explained the situation. Fast forward 2 hours later. Single best AC repair experience I’ve ever had. I called Ronnie today because my AC was broken. He came that same day and fixed it immediately. He also did repairs at a WAY WAY WAY better price than other companies have quoted me for. Ronnie is fast, honest, efficient, and explains things extremely well.
