Great office and team members! Highly recommend if you have kids.
The receptionist there is incredibly RUDE. There was an incident where we couldn’t make an appointment. I get it. Rules are rules (although ironically another Lane and Associates was willing to overlook the SAME rules and help us out). I have called and left a voicemail and called BACK to speak to the receptionist who promised that the records would be emailed to us the same day and still nothing. Our 3 & 1 year old girls had their first dentist appointments this morning and couldn’t imagine a better place to have taken them then Lane & Associates in Wake Forest! Our oldest daughter has been a patient with the Wake Forest Road location in Raleigh and they’ve been amazing so only makes sense for their location closer to where we moved to be just as amazing! They were patient with our girls and handled them with the utmost care & professionalism! Thank you a million times over and looking forward to our next visit! 🦷🪥
I never laughed so much at a dentistry in a day of my life. I enjoyed myself and my two children did as well. Can’t wait to come back. Recommend this place
