Do not let this man touch you. Once he operates he wants nothing to do with you. I waited 40 minutes on phone for him to pick up and he would not. He then never returned my phone call. Surgery on my husbands back which caused a hole in his spine. Surgery #2 - hole was not closed all the way. It was a mess. He just kept blaming my husband. Surgery #3 done by a different doctor and hospital. Dr. Hergenroeder needs to retire!
