This company is very difficult to order from and get in touch with. When I ordered graduation items from the website it took me over a week to figure out that it would not let me create an account. Checked out as a guest, and then I was not able to track the order. I called and left a message, with no one returning my call. Thankfully we did receive the order, but we received that order twice! I emailed them and have tried everything to get my order. My mother payed for my graduation supplies and I have not gotten mine at all despite ordering them directly to my house. No emails no nothing. I emailed and the customer service was very rude and unhelpful as well as unprofessional. It feels like 120+$ went down the drain and I might not even get to walk for my graduation. I am very disappointed and angry that I will probably have to waste another 120$ just so I can finally take part in the ceremony I have been workin... read more
