This people aren’t honest I had contact the office for a return back in May, never said the return have to be done before graduation, now when I want to do the return they said their policy is no return when is clearly on the email said as long is unused and on the same package. I even told them I want to speak with their manager and they hang up on me.

My son graduates next Friday. His gown doesn't fit, I've called numerous times, left voicemails and emails no response. I went with their competitor, after they took my $90.00 which I'm positive I'll never get back. If your school uses these people...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going ANYWHERE else
I bought my daughter's xap and gown they had it in stock, which is good. I had to travel kind of far but the trip was worth it.
