Herff Jones – Outstanding Service! Michelle absolutely saved my butt! I had misplaced my cap and tassel and was in full panic mode before my event. Even though it wasn’t standard procedure, Michelle was more than willing to help and sell me a replacement set. Absolutely ridiculous to send your flyers to high schools and then make it to where only certain things can be ordered. After reading reviews, I am super glad that I couldn't order what I want. This company sounds like the last one I would want to work with. Fix your website and your customer service before you try to woo anymore schools.
I recently graduated from FGCU and had a gown rented from Herff Jones. My husbands grandfather fell ill so we went out of town shortly after we moved and I graduated. I asked to please extend the return window for a refund and they declined it and charged $150 even thought I mailed it back. Seems a bit inconsiderate
