This company, i order my sons class ring. Had to make payments on it because im a single mom. Payed it off finally. Never received the ring, had to call. Was told 8-12 weeks. Never came i had to keep calling because no one ever reached back out to me. Told me i cancelled the ring which i never did. And when i finally get someone to help me they wont give my deposit back because i wouldn't give them 80$ more dollars to remake the ring.

I have been trying to get my State Championship Ring repaired for almost a year now. I sent it in to get some diamond studs replaced and they decided to remake the ring. When it came in my Ring size went from a 13 to 7. I sent it back and they agreed to fix it ,so I have called and called and my sales Lady Shelby will not answer half the time. When she does it is always an excuse...my boss is out of town, it was shipped to me but have not received it she says....always something. This is ridiculous and I want my Ring . Not s... read more
