I have been trying to get my State Championship Ring repaired for almost a year now. I sent it in to get some diamond studs replaced and they decided to remake the ring. When it came in my Ring size went from a 13 to 7. I sent it back and they agreed to fix it ,so I have called and called and my sales Lady Shelby will not answer half the time. I don't understand how you could charge students for a cap and gown. This is insane. Gowns should be rented.
