The letters for the Senior cap are upside down and I was told that's the design. You can't exchange it either. The gowns are too wide and big too. Their location is terrible too.
I had the best experience with Sarah she walked me through everything and was kind got it all corrected and fixed to what we needed and wanted for my daughter!! Amazing service thank you again Sarah your a rock star!!
I sent an email regarding my son hat being badly constructed the wording is upside down and Maribel sends me and email saying that the hat is correct without asking for a photo or even trying to rectify the problem. These schools need to find better businesses to work with when parents are the ones having to deal with them and spend out money
Beware when purchasing! The shipping cost is astronomical with no options available. There are no returns, so sure hope it turns out well seeing as I don’t have a mock-up of what it will look like at time of purchase.
