My daughters graduate package was late, and invitations were all wrong dates and times, not to mention the wrong ceremony. We pay good money for this service, I think we should be reimbursed for all that was given inaccurate, plus late, you can't go elsewhere.

my son is graduating this year and we ordered the basic package that came with four items. We are still missing his shirt and his sweater. I’ve been calling this place. No one has answered. My son tried from the school, but he said they were only here for two days I have not got any response from the company itself. Hopefully this will get their attention and maybe we can get this resolved.

Absolutely awful! I couldn’t be there with my daughter to get her SECOND order from this company (because we have no other options) and she is missing items. Still waiting on an item from our 1st order as well. Have no paperwork to show our orders… Terrible costumer service and absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with!!! How is this business still up and running!?!? So much money paid for nothing special! I could have done all of this extra stuff myself, but decided to trust the process. Aren’t I the fool??
