I ordered a class ring from Herff Jones on September 23rd, and I requested a refund on the same date because I wanted to look for other options.The refund was supposed to be processed within 7 to 10 business days that's what I was advised, but it’s been about 2 months and I still haven't received it. Honestly amazing! The new staff were so warm and welcoming, and they made the whole process so easy and fast. I loved every minute of ordering my ring here they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!
Very helpful and fast
My daughters graduate package was late, and invitations were all wrong dates and times, not to mention the wrong ceremony. We pay good money for this service, I think we should be reimbursed for all that was given inaccurate, plus late, you can't go elsewhere.
