I made an appointment with Heather for a massage/reiki combo and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! She also had tips on stretches I could do to loosen specific muscle groups. I’ll definitely be back!

A great massage by a therapist who is very knowledgeable, professional, and calming!
Heather is wonderful! You never feel rushed and she takes the time to listen. My body and joints haven’t been quite the same since giving birth…after 90 minutes with Heather, I walked out of there feeling as light as a feather. I felt a weight had been lifted from my body and mind! Highly recommended!
