I submitted a request about a pricing inquiry due to continuously receiving bills after my deductible was met. I promptly received a call regarding the situation and was advised that I was over charged and I was actually owed a refund between $1500-$2000 dollars. The gentleman did inform me the process would take time that they had applied my pre-payment to a different account which is what caused the confusion but ensured me it would be made right. MAKE THE DRIVE TO AMARILLO INSTEAD!! The Drs here are always so rude and they look at you like you’re stupid for asking questions and they even answer your questions with a tone that makes you feel like an idiot for asking them in the first place. If I could leave no stars I would but I guess one will do. Do not recommend!!!

Front desk lady isn't very bright, ill-informed, and rude. Doesn't have the mental capacity to be the first impression you see.

I want to thank God for giving Dr. Chase the knowledge and the wisdom to do his job as a Doctor. Dr Chase is the best he knows what he is doing! Thank you lord, for Dr. Chase. Keep giving him more knowledge and send more Doctors like him. He has been a blessing to my family.
