This place is so unorganized! Have called 4 times to make appointment and no answer even called hospital and no answer the girls at front desk are very unfriendly. Today 7- 24.. brought my daughter in. The girl at registration! So rude!! And un friendly! Asked her a question about the Insurance and it hurt her to answer,and with attitude! Why work in a place where you have to deal with the public! If you have a crappy attitude! I am now just discovering, 10 MONTHS after the fact, that Dr EARL CHASE failed to disclose my glucose reading, which was 296!!!! I was also septic through my CENTRAL LINE TO MY HEART. They failed to do any actual tests and discharged me after giving me Ativan. Heart rate was 160, lips were blue and i knew something was wrong but his ego got in the way and he missed VITAL information that nearly cost me my life. I was in the ICU for a week at BSA.
