I am now just discovering, 10 MONTHS after the fact, that Dr EARL CHASE failed to disclose my glucose reading, which was 296!!!! I was also septic through my CENTRAL LINE TO MY HEART. They failed to do any actual tests and discharged me after giving me Ativan. Heart rate was 160, lips were blue and i knew something was wrong but his ego got in the way and he missed VITAL information that nearly cost me my life. I was in the ICU for a week at BSA. My family and I have received excellent care at Hereford Regional Medical Center over the years. The providers are passionate about rural health care and the staff are very caring as well. I am proud to call HRMC my healthcare provider.
The service was very disappointing. I was charged without being clearly informed about the total cost beforehand, which felt very unprofessional. The reception staff made several mistakes during my visit, and overall the experience with the medical team did not inspire confidence. I would recommend asking detailed questions about pricing and services before proceeding.
