My family and I have received excellent care at Hereford Regional Medical Center over the years. The providers are passionate about rural health care and the staff are very caring as well. I am proud to call HRMC my healthcare provider.
The service was very disappointing. I was charged without being clearly informed about the total cost beforehand, which felt very unprofessional. The reception staff made several mistakes during my visit, and overall the experience with the medical team did not inspire confidence. I would recommend asking detailed questions about pricing and services before proceeding.
I went in today feeling I was literally about to pass out and Nurse Jackie and Nurse Brenda were the kindest to me, I really admire their empathy and gentleness toward and ugly scenario. Thank you so much!!!
I've taken my elderly Mom here for blood work many times. The front desk has always been friendly. I've not had any problems with any of the staff in the laboratory. My Mom's original orders were in Canyon but my Mom wasn't feeling well enough to travel there. So Hereford was able to step in and get the blood work done. Thanks so much, very appreciated.
