Living at The Here Tuscaloosa has been a great experience. The building is modern, clean, and in a perfect location near campus. The amenities like the gym, pool, and study spaces make daily life so convenient. Abby Yerby has been amazing—always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. She really made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend living here!
I lived here the last 2 years and really enjoyed my time
I lived at the here for 3 years and I loved it! If there ever has been anything I needed maintenance for they have been very prompt in fixing it. It is truly a great community! I even loved being able to work as a CA while being a student at UA!! Amazing management too!
I’m currently living here and it’s been such a great experience with all of the staff helping with anything popping up and the place is always pretty much clean and great amenities!
My son lived in this apartment complex for 1 year. It was a very good location, but extremely expensive for a small, but new apartment. The furnishings were very cheap. They over communicated even to parents with daily trash in hallway and parking emails, so the important emails were sometimes missed since you got so many. On move out day, they changed the time to have keys turned in by 8 am, although you paid for the full day in your rent since it should have been included in your regular monthly payment.
