Huge fan of HERE Reno! The team here is so helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are fully furnished and repaired each year before students move-in. Best location next to UNR and a really short walk, as well as close to downtown Reno!
The staff at HERE made move in very easy. Even though we had to switch rooms last minute, the property manager, front desk staff, and night emergency help staff all assisted with any questions, new keys, and walk throughs and did so with a positive attitude. They never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering them. Kudos to them for their amazing customer service skills and ability to handle numerous customers in high levels of stress.
HERE Reno definitely is a fairly modern apartment with very easy access to both UNR and downtown Reno. However, as others have pointed out, it is a modern facade with very poor customer service from the staff and very shoddy facilities. The parking garage flooded one time and the garage gate was broken. Plus the internet and hot water can be down for days. DO NOT TRUST the recent influx of (POSITIVE) REVIEWS, as they are likely not "authentic" but an attempt by "new" mgmt to inflate/repair ratings. Nothing has improved. Hot Tub Update: This amenity is celebrating its one year anniversary of being closed! Wooooo! And after sending a email to us in May that it was fixed, see the first pics taken in June and last pic taken 7/29. Looking very not fixed to me. Looks like feces….AGAIN!
