Super unprofessional. Took a week to get a response from them regarding needing a BCBA, and then when they finally did reply, they told me they could not help me becuase they were "too busy" which made no sense because that response had nothing to do with my original inquiry. Seems like they just wanted to off-load me. They also did not offer a referral or advise as to where else my child and I could go. I feel so discouraged and upset now. Not a good experience at all.
We have had a great experience from day one. The staff is friendly and professional and works to help children gain confidence and important skills.
Excellent ABA therapy with a kind team. They listen to what each kid needs and offer great help.Thanks!!!!
