The electricity charges here are totally non-transparent, and they randomly overcharge for water! My water bill is the same every month, no matter what. But in winter, the electricity bill goes up for no reason! They refuse to show the actual utility bills! Please avoid this apartment at all costs! Even the CRP tax refund form has incorrect amounts — there are so many issues. It’s been such a frustrating experience. Hope this helps someone out there!

We are cheated. We were prmomised that we have the best offer when we renew the lease. but now prices go down！！and they gave new residnets the best offer now. and they never considered long-term residents. we are so mad at that. Dont reply on them. They are liars and really disourage our feelings . The managers here are suck！I dont recoomend it to any one！！Please choose others！
Don’t sign the lease! Since many people aren’t renewing, they’ve drastically lowered prices to attract new tenants. But once you sign the lease, they stop addressing any issues. My friend renewed their lease just two months ago, and now the prices are much lower! Every resident should be treated the same—not just used and discarded. We are not your cash machines! Here are liars！
