Chuck is not honoring his warranty or his guarantee. He is telling people he is licensed and insured. He is not licensed. He ghosted me when I told him I need things fixed due to improper installation. He tried to blame material. I don't have a complete job despite being him paid installment payments. He also is purchasing returned product from auction and selling as new. And blocked me on socials. Last chance to make this right, Chuck. I have pictures of the poor work. And texts of him saying he messed up and would fix.

I am very happy with the work done. Phone calls and emails were all answered promptly. Chuck showed up the very next day after my initial call. All work was completed a bit ahead of schedule, prices were very fair, and he and his crew were professional and courteous. I will be using their services again.

Chuck and his crew just completed a roofing project on our farmhouse. They did a complete tear-off and re-decking prior to the installation of new shingles. Given the age, pitch and condition of the roof, this was a tricky job. It required a great deal of custom work. They did a wonderful job!
