I had a fantastic experience with Harsimran at Here and therapy . After a few sessions, I've seen a huge improvement. She was really thorough in the assessment and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment plan and the exercises/goals . I felt heard and supported throughout, and I'm so grateful for her expertise.
Took me a while to find this place! And I’ve been going to Simran for almost a year now, and she’s the 3rd therapist I’ve been to. I’ve learned so much and have made a lot of progress than anyone I’ve seen previously. Highly recommend, just keep in mind, she will push you! In the best way possible!!

Harsimran is an amazing therapist. I have seen a big difference in myself since day one. She is very easy to talk to and always makes sure I feel comfortable and heard.
