We had an 8x8 trailer built by Herc. It did take over 5 months to be completed but a lot of that was delays in them receiving parts due to the pandemic. Robert has been super helpful in helping us figure out a generator issue & even taught us how to wire the trailer to a specific plug we needed to use. Would recommend, you won't find anyone else more knowledgeable in what he does.
We wrote a check & paid half 7/10 & they gave us a receipt saying it would be built 45-60 days on 7/15. 8/18 we called to change the placement of the service window & was told no problem because it hadn't even been started, they were starting the base (we got pictures of the completed base & skeleton of the frame 11/6) and it was 45-60 days to completion once we got in the queue.. whatever that means.
