Hercules, through supervisor Mark, brought me the replacement tiles today. The office manager, Hellen, called me yesterday. We had a conversation in harmony. She apologized for the previous conversation. Hercules being a reputable company, I'm pleased this has been resolved.! Thank you very much for your work! after long wait, Hercules finished the job of replacing our roof. Unfortunately, during the inspection of the new roof, his workers broke newly installed tiles. We had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Hercules Roofing. Helen was patient, kind and passionate about everything she does. Mark was amazing as well! Always helpful, professional and efficient. My Mom got a new roof from them and her experience was exactly the same as mine. Just amazing especially in today’s roofing culture.
Hercules did a great jog installing our new roof. They were timely, professional and proficient. After they did the work, their clean up was so good that you couldn't even tell they were here. They come highly recommended.
