I contracted with Hercules Movers as a repeat customer from April 2018. I found them to be reliable from beginning to end with that move. This move they were unprofessional, slovenly, and now want to go extract additional funds while holding some of my personal belongings. Very unprofessional. Over charged manpower hours and unnecessary packing. Left a mess in my home. Contract is misleading. Lacking communication and customer service skills.

Not too shabby. Great movers, the only problem I had is the movers spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with them. But as far as workers, these guys literally work like oompa loompa. Super fast and professional.

Started out little bad...they were 2 hrs­ late because someone called out sick, I­ guess that can't be avoided. They did ­call me and informed me of the delay. Me­mo, Jimmy, and Carlos worked hard all da­y. They were careful with our stuff and ­had great attitudes. Overall we were ha­ppy with the service and would use them ­again.

Just used their services and they were two great guys that were real easy to talk to and tell them what I needed. Delivery was done as quick as possible can't complain! Will use again if needed!

Miguel's and his crew made our move as seamless as possible. They worked hard for the 5.75 hours that it took us to move (2 bedroom apt), but also worked smart, ensuring that all of our items were well protected during the move. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with them. They were fast, efficient, and got a lot more done than what we expected over the course of 4 hours. Everything was packed well, organized, and the boxes were marked. It was a financial investment for us, but worth it. I would definitely recommend them..

They are amazing . Luis and his crew were exceptional. So polite and patient while taking very good care of our goods. They were also efficient with no supervision required. Ask for Luis's crew and you won't regret it.
