Dr Trinh Vu, Hercules Medical Clinic I have been a patient of Dr Vu for just shy of a decade, I have a chronic autoimmune condition and have been to several different doctors since my early childhood (including doctors at Stanford). I can say that Dr Vu is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Dr. Vu truly cares about his patients, he takes the time to listen and does everything he can to help. Called to ask if they were accepting new patients and Dr. Vu answered very rudely, almost screaming. All he cared about was asking about my insurance then he wanted to get off the phone and he wouldn’t answer any questions. I wanted to go to him and since I’m switching insurance was willing to get the insurance he accepts but he wouldn’t even answer what he does accept just yelled that he doesn’t take mine. I have no desire to see him now as he is clearly only concerned with money.
