Don’t even bother with this company if you value your time. I’m referring specifically to my experience with Brandon and Daniel. I initially called to purchase an LG mini split. I was told they had two units in stock, and I was ready to purchase one immediately. After being transferred to Brandon, I was informed that although the units were available, they wanted to hold them for another customer who had expressed interest but had not actually committed to purchasing one. Good experience
I stopped into Hercules for a couple of parts. Brandon at the front counter took very good care of me and sent me out the door with everything I needed at an unbeatable price. These folks are friendly, customer-service oriented, and eager to be helpful. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
