I am new to weightlifting and was super nervous about all of the technicalities of pre workout and protein powder and before I even had to ask Celine was helping me out! She was super kind and knowledgeable and I really appreciated her help! For sure will be back 🙌🙌

Love this place. Staff are all super nice and helpful and they got some great protein shakes and a good variety of protein bars and supplements.
Amazing service! The employees are wonderful, and Neil, the owner, is very friendly. I stop by every day after the gym to get my protein shake, and it’s the highlight of my day. Highly recommend!
