So glad I found Herchenbach at the local mom’s group I’m in. Our AC went out last Friday and thankfully it wasn’t too hot. We waited until business hours to call back and schedule an appointment. We got a Same day appointment! From beginning to end staff communication was great. Zack the hvac tech came out and diagnosed the problem with our AC. Zack was very honest and thorough! We always had first rate service and appreciate how professional every technician who has worked in our home and on our HVAC system.
Blacklisted. Absolutely no reason. I paid these people to service my hvac two times and they were great....NO ISSUES. A woman answered the phone last time I called and was extremely rude. I needed a service performed and she stated in a very manner, "I don't when we will get to you." I recently called to inquire about having a new system installed and was told by a young woman that they documented aggression from me. THIS IS NOT TRUE. NOT TRUE AT ALL. This review pertains to the women answering the telephone - NOT THE MECHANICS! I had Herchenbach maintenance our HVAC two times and once paid them to disassemble the blower fan and clean it. The tech did a fantastic job and there were no issues. However, our humidifier was found to be hooked to the hot water sometime later that was pre-existing apparently.
