Excellent experience! Called and was able to get a scissor lift the next day. They had truck trouble on the way up and still got the lift here on time with no excuses. Ken was great to work with. First time using them and won't be the last.
What a great asset to have in this part of the state. Our company uses Herc-U-Lift regularly and we've had nothing but good experiences with them. Ken is always amazing. Great business.
I had a great experience renting from Ken in Boscobel. He explained everything up front about the rental agreement and change’s to expect from a days rental. He gave me a quick run down on how the machine operates and I was on my way.I will be renting from him in the future. Thanks!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT rent from here. This company is controlled by their national headquarters including billing. So any promises made to you by local management means nothing. I rented a 230 dollar piece of equipment over the phone for one day...they charged my card for 903.00 . No explanation has still been given. I have no receipt and management is not returning my call... don't go there!!!
