RecommendedTraveling through Shreveport and stopped at Herby-K’s for lunch. What a delight!! Staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was inviting(very eclectic) and the food was DELICIOUS! The fried pickles and Shrimp & Oyster Po-Boy just about did me in. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We arrived at Herby K's before time to open. While we were waiting one of the workers came outside waving, smiling and greeting us letting us know it wouldn't be much longer. That was a great beginning to a fabulous lunch. The food was wonderful and the staff were super friendly. It definitely shows why they Herby K's has been around for so long. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

I'll start by saying the staff was friendly. This place doesn't belong in that location. The area downtown is not the best. Fried catfish in my opinion was flavorless. Sauteed catfish was good. The fried oysters 4 of us didn't like I'll stick to raw or smoked. Nothing Cajun or blackened so don't expect it. Not bad food. But we won't go there again. Expect $15-$20 per person. There is a covered patio. The locals seem to love it. Maybe you will too.

Service was Johnny on the spot. And the food taste amazing.
I had the Oyster po boy cooked to perfection garden fresh tomatoes and the roll was excellent very tasty
