Another vet that just gives animals medications that are more harmful than helpful. Provides no expectations to customers on what to expect regarding recovery process for pets. Sorry to the family I recommended this place to, I expected better service and higher quality care from a vet I've known since my high school days in Boerne.

Dr.Rodenbeck has my cat at the vet right now and I called to check on him and the Doctor actually came to the phone and let me know how good my cat is doing. He took his time and answered all my questions without rushing me. I am so very impressed with everyone at Herbst Vet from the receptionists to the nurses and assistants and especially Dr. Rodenbeck! I can't thank you enough for helping my cat Rex. Thank you for being so great!!!!
