No longer managed by GD properties they are now managed by Granite City Properties and name has been changed to Atwell Grove. I would not recommend renting from this apartment complex. Management is very unprofessional and talk very mean and down to their tentants. Also it took maintenance more than a month to get a refrigerator that was broken into my apartment I lost $300 worth of food because nobody would replace my refrigerator. Great place and great landlord.
Great place to live. Safe neighborhood and security doors at night from 10pm to 8am. Good size apts and very good prices. They offer 1 & 2 BDRM apts. Garage available if requested. Laundry facility on main floor ( coin operated ). I personally have lived here for 2 yrs and have no complaints. I have never had any problems with any of my neighbors. Management is wonderful and is always available if needed. I would seriously recommend Herbshire Apartments to anyone seeking an apt.
