Great Herb's Experience Herb's Paint and Body Shops have wonderful customer service. My car was done way before I expected. I paid out of pocket and didn't deal with insurance so price was important to me, my final price was exactly what they had quoted in the estimate. They are very friendly and the shop was clean. My car looks wonderful.
Herbs Paint and Body There has been no one to handle a accident repair to vehicle of ours in 15 years. The service is outstanding and work second to none. The only item I have ever had to wait on is the rental.
Smooth operation I took our Suburban to Herb's to remove some dents from a hailstorm. I usually hate repair shops but this one was clean and the guys were really friendly. They didn't make me feel like a "dumb woman." We ended up using another place but I was really impressed.
The Best in the Biz... honestly. – these guys know how to make cars look like new. and they are awesome at customer service as well. they called with updates on how my car was coming along, and were very promt with fixing it. Some guys try and cut corners to get things done cheaper. But not these guys, they were very detailed and professional. I would send anyone that wants quality work done to Herbs. ask for Aaron, he's very professional.
