State Farm said they had a list of places rated by satisfaction surveys after claims. They said Herb's was #1, and because so many of my neighbors had named Herb's on Facebook, I chose to get repairs there. Amazing service from the first phone call. Repairs on 3 different surfaces (and an entirely new door) started on Monday afternoon and ended Friday night. They completely detailed inside and out. My truck looks brand new. Hail damage to my car at almost $5000. Not only did they get my car ready in 3 days, but the repair was perfect. I am impressed.

NOT reliable. Incapable of telling the truth... A friend of mine said they had a van of his for over a MONTH.... I think they still have it... Ridiculous
Sitting again waiting on my vehicle, still finding things not reassembled properly and not working. Don't use the McKinney location. Extremely disappointed.
Herb's did a great job with my van. I had it back before my weekend of work. I was pleasantly surprised.
